HI! I’m Barbara Shirts. Owner and creator of Barefoot Physical Therapy and Yoga. I have been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1992 and I’m also a Certified Yoga Therapist.
I know the frustration, fear, and disappointment that a debilitating and chronic backache can bring. I’ve seen it, I’ve treated it, I’ve felt it myself.
